Privacy Policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Holler Pay (“Holler Pay,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use hollerpay.com, our invoicing and payment tools, and related services (the “Service”).
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, organization, and sign-in details.
- Billing and invoice data — invoice contents, customer and payer contact details, line items, amounts, and payment status.
- Blockchain data — wallet addresses, transaction hashes, and on-chain payment details. Public blockchains are public by design; we do not control them.
- Connected services — when you connect a third-party service such as QuickBooks Online, we receive the authorization tokens and account data needed to provide the integration, such as your company ID, chart of accounts, customers, and items.
- Usage data — device, browser, IP address, and how you interact with the Service, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and secure the Service, including creating invoices, verifying payments, and producing receipts.
- To sync records with services you connect, only as you direct.
- To communicate with you about your account, invoices, and changes to the Service.
- To detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms.
- To understand and improve the Service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that host, secure, and operate the Service for us, under confidentiality obligations.
- With the payers and recipients of invoices you send or receive.
- With third-party services you choose to connect, such as QuickBooks Online.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Holler Pay, our users, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
QuickBooks and other integrations
Data we receive from QuickBooks Online is used only to provide the integration you enabled. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect at any time from your Holler Pay settings or from your Intuit account, after which we stop accessing your QuickBooks data and destroy the stored tokens.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email hey@holler.com. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
