Terms of Service
and End-User License Agreement

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of hollerpay.com and the invoicing, payment, and accounting tools offered by Holler Pay (“Holler Pay,” “we,” “us”) (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your information accurate.
The Service
Holler Pay helps you create invoices, accept payments in digital assets, track commissions and affiliates, and sync records with accounting tools. Holler Pay is software, not a bank, money transmitter, broker, or custodian of your funds, and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service, including any integrations you enable such as QuickBooks Online, for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service, or use it to build a competing product. We and our licensors keep all rights, title, and interest in the Service not expressly granted to you.
Digital asset payments
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for confirming wallet addresses, networks, tokens, and amounts before sending or requesting payment.
- Digital asset prices are volatile. Any fiat values shown are estimates for convenience.
- Network fees, confirmation times, and outages are controlled by third-party networks, not by us.
- You are responsible for the wallets and keys you control.
Third-party services
The Service can connect to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online and blockchain networks. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You authorize us to access and exchange data with services you connect, as needed to provide the features you enable.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data you submit, including invoices and customer records. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or sanctions program, launder money, finance illegal activity, commit fraud, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Fees
Some features may require payment. Fees, if any, will be disclosed before you incur them. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that records synced to third-party tools will be complete or accurate; you are responsible for reviewing your books.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holler Pay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or digital assets. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if greater.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Holler Pay against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
